Rippon is a unique parcel of land on the shores of Lake Wānaka, farmed by the Mills family across generations for over 100 years. As pioneers in the Central Otago wine industry, most of Rippon’s plantings are mature, own-rooted vines, cultivated biodynamically (Biogro and Demeter certified) and without irrigation.
