At Carrick, we are a family-owned estate dedicated to crafting wines that reflect the essence of our home in Bannockburn, Central Otago. Our wines are made exclusively from hand-picked, organically certified, estate-grown fruit, fermented with 100% indigenous yeast and minimal intervention.

First planted in 1994, Carrick has always been rooted in place. Our name pays homage to the historic gold mining settlement of Carricktown and the majestic Carrick mountain range that defines our landscape.

Our signature Carrick Bend knot, featured on every label, symbolizes the bond that ties it all together – land, grapes, people, history, and wine.
