Blank Canvas is the vinous studio of Matt Thomson and Sophie Parker-Thomson MW. This duo find exceptional vineyards throughout New Zealand to make exciting, terroir-driven fine wines. Living a dual hemisphere existence since 1993, their European experience and worldly wine knowledge is unparalleled. Site-driven, perfumed Pinot Noirs are produced from Marlborough and Central Otago, always with the intention of flaunting this variety’s glorious fragrance, savoury intrigue and complexity of tannin thanks to judicious whole-bunch inclusion.
