Jonathan Hamlet
DAY TWO
With over 20 years experience in the New Zealand wine industry since studying in viticulture and oenology at Lincoln University Jonathan joined Craggy Range in 2020 as National Vineyards Manager. This role overseas Craggy Range’s grape production in Hawkes Bay, Martinborough and Marlborough. Previously his experience across a number of producers in the Hawkes Bay lead to him taking a role of Hawkes Bay Regional Viticulturist for Villa Maria. During this time Jonathan forged extensive experience in organic viticulture leading to being the Chair of Organic Winegrowers NZ for four years. Jonathan also currently sits on the research governance committee for the Bragato Research Institute. Jonathan has a passion for producing exceptional wines that express their individual sites.
