Jane Skilton began her wine career in London, passed her Master of Wine examination in 1993 and moved to New Zealand in 2000.
She founded the New Zealand School of Wines and Spirits, www.nzsws.co.nz a leading provider of wine education, delivering WSET qualifications including the L4 Diploma, both at home and overseas. She teaches on behalf of NZ Winegrowers, Wines of Austria, Barossa Wine, Wines of California and the Institute of Masters of Wine locally and internationally.
Jane is the NZ contributor to www.insideburgundy.com and co-editor of Independent Wine Monthly. She is an experienced wine judge and presenter.
