Our pinot-passionate posse will be taking over a number of venues in the Christchurch CBD for three days and nights, from Tuesday 11 until Thursday 13 February 2025.

Registration places are limited. We recommend signing up early to avoid disappointment. We would also advise you to book your accommodation early. You will have the option to do this during the registration process.

Registrations will take place on the morning of Tuesday 11 February. Be sure to schedule this into your itinerary.

 

Registration prices

Full registration: $2390

Day registration: $800

All prices are in NZ dollars, and include 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Registrations are payable by credit card at the time of registering and credit card fees apply.

 

Full Registration

A full registration includes access to:

  • All keynote speaker sessions
  • Two formal Pinot Noir Tastings
  • Entry to a series of free-flow regional tastings across two days
  • The very best local cuisine, consisting of morning tea and lunch across each of the three days. All lunches and dinners will be matched to outstanding wine, beer and other delicious beverages. The evening dinner functions will be held at the Christchurch Town Hall (11 Feb) and The Rivers Room at Te Pae Convention Centre (13 Feb).

 

Day Registration

A day registration includes access to:

  • All programme items of the chosen day
  • The very best local cuisine, consisting of morning tea and lunch on the chosen day. All lunches and dinners will be matched to outstanding wine, beer and other delicious beverages. The evening dinner functions will be held at the Christchurch Town Hall (11 Feb) and The Rivers Room at Te Pae Convention Centre (13 Feb). You will have to option to purchase tickets to the evening functions during the registration process if you wish.

Terms and conditions

Ticket refunds and transfers:

If you’re unable to attend, your registration (including your function tickets) may be assigned to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Pinot Noir NZ 2025’s event organisers, Conference Innovators. You can email the team at: georgia@conference.nz

Registration cancellations received in writing before 1 December 2024 will receive a full refund less $200 + GST (NZD) administration charge. No refunds will be made from 1 December 2024, however substitutions are welcome.

Accommodation cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the hotel concerned.

If the Pinot Noir NZ 2025 event is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the Pinot Noir NZ 2025 Board, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

In order for a NZ winery to participate in Pinot Noir NZ 2025, they must be signed up as a participating winery. Staff from wineries that are not a participating winery are not able to purchase a delegate ticket only.

By attending Pinot Noir NZ 2025, you agree that any photos or videos taken during the event can be used for promotional purposes.
