Lover of Flying Nun and the ‘all black’ uniform of true kiwis everywhere, this brooding persona hides within it a dude with a wicked sense of humour. Monty Pythonesque, he’s likely to turn a tasting into a sketch. Full of self-expression, slightly tannic, he’s the grape that makes the rest of the bunch ironic and cool.
