Paul Donaldson
Part of the notorious Donaldson Bros Gang who own Pegasus Bay in North Canterbury. Paul is the baby in the family, so in order to survive he’s mastered the art of subterfuge, quick-wittedness and disguise. He loves to stroke his sausage but has been given clear instructions his dog isn’t allowed at the event. All hotels within a 600km radius have been given fair warning, but only because this family is truly hospitable and generous. This man/grape embodies the juicy flavour we love most about Pinot.
